ILR VIA 6YR DLR JUST STOPPED BENEFIT CLAIM & UNEMPLOYED

I need urgent help pls.

I recently just stopped my ctc and income support benefit as i claimed as a single mum when hubby and i seperated unofficially for about 6 month, now we are back as married and its just two weeks left for me to apply for ILR via the DLR 6 year route.

My worry is, 1: My name is not on the council tax and house rent, we;ve always live live together even in the past six month of me claiming as single although he doesnt support me and we had our differences.
2: We are happy together now and i had to stop the benefit just two weeks to my application.

Should i apply via premium without them refusing me thinking we came back together and i stopped benefit just because of my ILR application?

Should i call the council and add my name on council tax? Will my unemployment affect ILR application even when hubby earn £33k? An deep concern, pls experts in this forum am crying out for a help and i appreciate. Thanks x.
