Need Help to Apply HSMP

Hi ,
I wanted to apply with in 2-3 days.
I have some doubts..

1. My M.tech was completed in a deemed university, UGC Approval is there does that college has NARIC Approval or not.(Name:Bharath Institute of highr education and research(BIHER))

2. Attaching the NARIC Aproval letter is a must or not for applying HSMP.

3. In my birth cirtificate my father name has mis-spelled so can i apply with 10th calss and notary of my passport. I wanted to apply with notary of my passport can i do that.

Pls help me as quick as possible....

I would suggest produced your NARIC approval letter with your degree
and for age proof enclose both the documents

Birth certificate and Notarised copy of your passport
