Post by Allis1977 » Thu Jun 01, 2017 4:43 am

HI ALL,
I got my DLR on 3rd 0ctober 2011 for 3 years and a further extension of 3 year on 27th October 2014,
now my question is that my 6 year period is going to be completed on 3rd of October 2017 but my last
DLR was issued on 27th October 2104, Can I apply foe ILR on 3rd of October 2017 as my 1st DLR was issued on 3rd October 2011.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Many thank

according to the rule , the gap taken by home-office is included in 6 years and yes you can apply. The life in the UK test and English language skills are not necessary for ILR but will be required when you apply for Naturalisation.

Moderators: Please correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks

Correct

HI Alis/ Casa

What form are you using for ILR ? I'm a 2x times 3 year DLR holder and I found this form on HO web site (FLR/DL) but it doesn't say if it can be used for premium - Is there any other forms that can be used ?

Thank You
