Living in Ireland visiting UK withnon eu wife with EUstamp4

Can someone advise me on my wife...we are living in Ireland (Republic) my wife is non eu (Ukraine) and I am UK citizen.

She has a GNIB type eufam4.... does she need a visa to go to uk

Who can I call to verify this?

Your wife does not need a visa to travel to the UK, the fact that she holds a Stamp 4EUFAM and travelling with you it’s more than enough to get her entry into the UK, if she's travelling on her own she will need a visa though.

You might get some questions / hassle from airline staff or immigration officers but at the end they will allow her entry, see the following ruling from the European Court of Justice.
