Spouse Visa documents to be dated within 28 days

hi,

I would like to kindly ask if anyone knows if the accommodation letter needs to be dated within 28 days liker the last payslip and last bank statement needs to be?

and when when does the 28 days start from?

is it the day you submit the application online or
after your appointment at the VFS
or is it after Sheffield have received your documents?

It's a confusing query but as per the guidance the documents shouldn't be older than 28 days from the date of application. Accomodation letter allowing foreigner partner to stay in home should also be not older than 28 days.

So does that mean from the date of your documents, does that include Sheffield receiving your documents within 28 days of document dates or as long as the online application Is submitted along with the biometrics taken at the VFS is sufficient and counts as everything has been submitted within 28days?
