UK Visitor Visa for brother

Dear members, I'd like to sponsor visit of my brother to the UK. I have ILR and been living in the UK for 6 years.

The tricky part is that he has no fixed employment / business unfortunately. I know the obvious answer most people would have is that its not going to be possible. But are there ways around this? He is married (wife works full time) with 2 kids and stay as a joint family with our parents in same home.

Is this going to be a problem really or is irrelevant?
