ILR 10 years Route query

Need your advisee regarding my continuous residency status and going further to apply ILR. Please see the time lines and my visa details

Me and my wife both came to UK on 17/01/2009 on individual student visa which is valid up to 2010 June. We both applied for student extension to finish the project which was up to November 2010. We have applied individual PSW in time which was valid up to 02 Jan 2012. We both married in 2011. Applied for Tier 1 Ent visa as my wife main applicant and me as dependent in time which was rejected for Funds issue on 21st May 2013. Appealed on before 3rd June 2013 and appeal was also rejected and sent latter saying we can go for upper tribunal. We have varied the application and applied for Tier 2 visa as wife main applicant on 25 Nov 2013.

Wife Tier 2 sponsor has revoked on 22 May 2015 but revocation has listed to suspension on 02 September 2015. we have not received the curtailment letter as the sponsor challenged the decision. Meanwhile my company was ready to sponsor me so they obtained Sponsor licence and RCOS for me on August 2015. I have applied for Tier 2 visa from home country within the two weeks of leaving UK and my visa start date from 15 October 2015 Valid till 19 October 2020. Switched wife to my dependent and applied dependant visa to my daughter who born in UK inside UK.

I will be reaching 10 years in Jan 2019 I think I can apply 28 days before prior reaching to the 10 years law full residency which will be in third week of December. But I am unsure or somebody clarify me I have broken my 10 years residency anywhere or I am I still eligible to apply in 10 years route.

We have varied the application and applied for Tier 2 visa as wife main applicant on 25 Nov 2013.

Varied what ?? You cannot vary a decided application. When did you withdraw the appeal and apply again ??

What I mean is we have applied for Tier 2 visa while T1 visa is on appeal. We have sent fax to the Tier 1 department informing we have applied for another category and asking the T1 department to forward the documents to Tier 2 department
