Documents needed - Tier1 (G) to ILR

I want to apply for ILR visa. Currently i'm on Tier 1 G visa with permanent employment. Can anybody please conform i only need to submit following documents with my application.

Rent Agreement/Utility Bill (Proof of address)
Passport/BRP copies
Bank statement (last 12 month)
Bank Statement (Maintance funds - 3 months)
Salary slips (last 12 month)
UK master Degree for English Language & to satisfy Points (No - HomeOffice already have copy from previous
applications)
Life in UK Test result

Please tell me if i have missed any document. Thank you very much
