Aus Defacto Visa

Hi,

I'm an Australian and my girlfriend is a Slovakian citizen, but we both live in the UK. We have been living together for 1 year and are planning to apply for the Australian Defacto Visa. Can someone please recommend an agency to apply through?

My UK Visa is running out (end of March 08), so I will most likely have to leave for Australia before her Visa is approved, does this matter that we aren't arriving together?
