Naturalisation through descent and residency

Post by ashconnor » Sun Jun 11, 2017 8:17 pm

I'm a British citizen with an Irish father (born outside of Ireland soon to be registered in the FBR).

If I were to move to Ireland, how long would I be required to be resident before I can apply for Irish citizenship?

I've seen reports of 2 years for those in a similar situation. Please reply if you have done this.
