ILR Set(O) Premium Service Appointment Booking

Hi,

I am trying to book ILR's Premium Service appointment for myself and my dependent spouse under Tier 2 (General) category.
The service asks for only my details and fee of only one person.

Do I need to book another time-slot for my spouse?
Or, she can join me in same time-slot. If this is the case, how should I pay her fee?

You book an appiintment for main +1

Hi CR001, sorry still confused. Did you mean only one appointment for (main & dependent) or one appointment each?

It should ask how many people and you select main + 1 dep

Yes, I am having the same problem.
The error says "There is a problem displaying this page - try again in a few minutes."
But it has been hours and it is still down!
