Post by Faheeemnow789 » Thu Jun 22, 2017 3:56 pm

Hi respected members

I applied tier entrepreneur ext 19 June 2017.
My ext case is good enough but as safe case I would like ur advice plz.
I came to uk on 17 of October 2017.
Now if I apply for set LR even 28 days before it's almost 90 day.
My concern is now a days they are deciding cases very quickly.

Kindly plz can somebody tell me how delay my case just to gain this period.

You can vary your extension application to SET(LR) ONLY 28 days before being eligible under long residence.
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice

If you believe you have a good case, not sure why you would want to delay. (I am assuming it is tier 1 settlement)

There are no specific ways to delay.

You can use the full 15 working days for Biometric enrolment, but it does not necessarily delay the overall time line.

But if your T1 is rejected, then the AR will possibly take you to your LR timing - but again no guarantees
