ILR FOR TIER 2 DEPENDANT

Hello experts

I am in Tier 2 general going to apply for ILR next year march 2018.

But My wife been granted Tier 2 dependant on 24th April 2014 and have ILT due on April 2019.

My wife entered UK in May 2014 and left Uk on April 2015 to India for delivery our baby .

Then again she entered UK on May 2016 after my Tier 2 Extension

I have applied immediately soon after I got visa extended . She got first leave till 29th March 2016 . She got gap of one year one month gap in continuity . But she got VISA leave since last five year.

Will this affect the ILR application on April 2019 after 5 years in Tier 2 category ?

Or She have count again since May 2016 after long gap ?
