Entrepreneur Dependant From India

Hello,

It might be a silly question but I am hoping someone can help. I am currently on a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and I am getting married next month.

Could someone please explain how my partner (based in India) can apply for a dependent visa to come here? Would she have to apply as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent or would it have to be a different category?

She can and would have to apply as a PBS dependant.

Its a simple and straight forward process. My wife got her visa stamped within 3 days.
You need to submit bank statements (showing appropriate balance for 90 days), address proof - for housing purpose, marriage certificate, application form and passport.
