FLR(O) form completion query..

Hi!
We got HSMP visa. Now we r applying for visa for our newborn son. I have FLR(O) form. I am confused while filling it.
1. this form does not shows option for HSMP dependent.
2. section 1 is for main applicant and section 2 is for dependent, so should I include mny son's detail in main applicant OR my husbands detail in section1 and son's detail in section 2.

plz any guidence is much applriciated.
