how to extend Visit Visa in Exceptional case?

Hello guyz,

i just want to know how to extend visit visa in exceptional case?
like one of my cousin she came here in UK on visiti visa because her
mother was dignosed with breast cancer and she is still under treatment
she came here to help her mother now her visa is going to expire .
so how can she extend her visa which FORUM should she use to extend
it and what documents . thanks

Sorry to hear about this. I hope her mother will get better soon.

Is she a non visa or visa national?

Extending a six months visitors visa is not possible (used to be under very exceptional circumstances only). You can however, again under some circumstances, apply to switch to a different category.

She cannot use a FORUM to extend her stay. She should use the FLR(O) FORM if she believes she may qualify.

yes her mother has indefinite leave to remain in uk
and she has the letters from hospital as well that she need helpso i think her daughter is qualifying is't it?
