Non Eu spouse of a U.K. Citizen visit Visa to Spain

Hi

Could some one give me information on how we can obtain Spain Schengen Visa for Indian passport holder spouse of British Citizen. Spouse is on FLR M dependent Visa.

I believe you don't need to pay for the Visa, but some places it states you don't a Visa for the Spouse.

Please correct and suggest the right application form.

Your wife will be exempt from paying the visa fee if she applies directly to the Spanish Consulate in London or Edinburgh (depending on where you are resident in the UK).
If she applies through a 3rd party website she will be charged a handling fee.

And for a visa for Spain, to be exempt, your marriage certificate should be apostilled.
