Leaving Date

Dear Zimba and Marcnath and Seniors Boardmembers

My FPS are not showing leaving dates of some of my employee who left. They are showing joining dates. However i have P45 for the staff who left showing their leaving dates. If i submit P45 along with FPS is it fine? Regards.

If you read the guide, it clearly says you must submit FPS for start/leave dates

Thanx Zimba. But P45 is also a valid document mentioned in policy guidance and it is showing the leaving dates.

2nd: One of my dependent is required to register with police. we registered her, Do we need to submit this police reg. certificate form along with her application or no need please?

Only for reporting up to and including 5 October 2013. READ THE GUIDE
