Proof of subsisting relationship - Tier 2 dependent

Hi all,

I'm on Tier 2 general visa, and my wife's tier 2 dependent application had just been rejected since we can't demonstrate evidence of subsisting relationship. This was a mistake on our part since we only provided marriage certificate for the application. We plan to reapply and would like to know some information about the proof of subsisting relationship.

My wife and I got married on April 2017. We have been in a long distance relationship since 2014, and we are communicating regularly via LINE apps or sometime whatsapp. In addition we will be providing some photographs during her visit or my visit, all things related to the wedding (photographs, invitation, etc).

I have all the chat and call logs from LINE app since 2014, and they can be exported into a text file (*.txt).

My questions are:
1. Is a printout from text file acceptable for the UKVI/ECO? Or do they have to be all screenshots of our chats?

2. In the email or chats, we are communicating in our languange (not in English), do I have to translate ALL our chat conversations in English?

3. In showing proof of email exchange, is it enough just to show the screenshot of my inbox showing
our communication via email (thus showing the sender and the subject of email) or do I have to print the
single individual email? And again do they have to be translated to English?

Help would be appreciated since we could not afford another refusal.

any form of the above proof should be enough.
IMO, you do not need to translate anything... just some evidence showing that u have been in contact should be sufficient.

Hi,

My husband's visa was refused for the reason that the HOME OFFICE were not confident that our relationship is subsisting. We are married for 2 years and 4 months.

In our second application, we provided the following things:

1. True English Translation of Nikah Nama
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Wedding pics and ongoing pics (screenshots from facebook) around 15
4. Facebook chats (screenshots) last 6 months, starting from the day i came here
5. Whatsaap chats (snapshots)
6. Whatsaap call (snapshots) with explaination that there is no way to get a proper call log
7. facebook post on wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday
8. I arranged a midnight surprise for my husband so i sent the facebook chat snapshot between myself and planner
9. bank letter confirming that my husband have the mandate to operate my account
10. letter from my employer that he was my beneficiary and was authorized to pick up my final cheque after resignation
11. letter from UK rental agency confirming my intentions to add him to the tenancy agreement
12. 2 emails i have sent to him to do something for me
13. bank statements of Pakistan showing same address living in Pakistan.

my husband submitted all the documents on July 14th. waiting for the decision.
