EC queries

Post by richie_rohan » Wed Feb 13, 2008 2:06 pm

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for EC later this month.
I have gone through the following link and posts.
http://ec-hsmp.blogspot.com/2007/11/ec- ... -hsmp.html
But still I have few queries.
1) Can someone send me the link to get a good copy of 'Integra form'.
2) I have applied for HSMP with my UK salary slips from 01-Oct-06 to 30-Sep07. Since I have return to home country in Oct, as my project got over and from Oct 08 I don't have any UK salary slips. So now what are the number of salary slips I need to add when applying for EC i.e. 6 months or 3 months.
3) Can someone send me a sample copy of EC covering letter.

Regards,
Richie

You can find the covering letter and integra form in the same link:

http://ec-hsmp.blogspot.com/2007/11/ec- ... -hsmp.html

You need to submit the salary slips for the last 6 months.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I went through the links provided and came with few more queries.

1) Is the Letter from employer detailing your net & gross salary mandatory.
I have offer letter, pay slips, bank statements.

2) Integra Application form on the site http://myhsmp.googlepages.com/ecchklist is already filled. Does someone have a empty template. Where I can fill the same.

Regards,
Richie

Its not mandatory.. its req. if ur tax return does not cover the full period ur claiming for,
then u can show Bank statements and/or

A letter from the employer confirming that u've received the salary for which u r claiming.

Check the link for integra form.. it has empty template too..

query & help required

Post by subha » Wed Feb 20, 2008 4:17 pm

Hi Richie,

I am planning to apply for EC, i am having the same situation as you had. ie. I was in Uk for a year and I am back to my home nation. I got my HSMP initial approval via the UK based pay slips and bank statements.

I am not sure, whether I can show the payslips and Bank statement in my home nation for EC, as it will be different from the one submitted during HSMP initial stage.

Could you please provide me your input. Thanks in advance.
