Spouse Visa From Dubai

Hi,
My wife is British national and are are soon going to apply for Spouse visa.

I am Pakistani national currently living in Dubai. I have a job here with two years contract on which i have one year left.

Do i need to get the No objection letter from my company to submit along my application???
