Travel outside UK for 1 month between jobs

Hello Gurus,

I have got a new job offer from NHS firm and I am assigned a COS with start date as 01/10/2017. My current visa is valid untill 03/2019. If I apply and all goes well and get the visa for new job by 31/07/2017, I can issue a month notice period on 01/08/2017 to my current employer. Thus, my current employment end date will be 31/08/2017. So, my question here is that can I spend a month outside UK between my current job end date and start date of new job ? I knew that I will not get paid for a month. How many days, in total, am I eligible to spend outside UK between 2 jobs? like any no. of days < 60days.

yes you can.
the end date of employment to start date of new job should be limited to 60 days or less to get an ilr.

So, if I spend a month outside uk, what and how should I mention it in the abscence letter for ILR ?
will it be considered as unpaid annual leave ? or what else ?

no need to mention it.
Its an absence for travelling, which is allowed.
