FLR(M) - different postal address for sending application?

Hi, I posted my wife's flrm application yesterday. I completed the application online and then printed it and sent my documents to the address which was stated on the application form;
Family 2 and 5 year Standard,
PO BOX 3468,
Sheffield,
S3 8WA.

I have noticed that the paper application (completed by hand) has a different postal address;
Home Office,
Leave to Remain - FLR(M),
PO Box 495,
Durham,
DH99 1WR

Could someone please tell me if I have sent it to the correct address?

Is there any way I can check if my postal application has been received. It was sent vis royal mail special delivery but when i check using the reference number on the royal mail tracking site. Its confirmed as delivered but states "Your item with reference BH*********GB has reached its PO Box and is awaiting collection/delivery." its been like this since Tuesday morning. any hep will be appreciated
