uk visa

Hi

My brother who currently in france, his asylum has been rejected recently.
I want to take him to uk.

Is there anyways I can take him to uk legally?

I am British Citizen and any visa which can allow him to stay here atleast for some years.

Why was his asylum rejected - is his country safe?

Other than applying for refugee status in UK, he'd have to apply on his own merits, ie skills-based, student or perhaps marriage.

There is no family-type visa under UK rules, there might be a change under EEA-rules but it doesn't seem to apply to u unless ur spouse is EU and exercising a treaty right..

His asylum case rejected because he did not answer some questions when ECO asked. he does not want to get married now so no spouse visa.
What is skills- based?

You cannot help him, as his brother. So he needs to apply on his own merits.

Is he highly qualified? Can he apply for the Highly Skilled Migrant's Programme visa? Or get a company to sponsor him for a work permit? Or, if he is from a Commonwealth country, he can return home and apply for a Working Holidaymaker Visa. On this, he can work for up to 12 months (work as incidental to the holiday, as they say) and get enough experience/contacts to apply for a work permit or HSMP, or alternatively a student visa (which you can act as his financial sponsor for this).

He is an illegal immigrant so If he apply for a student visa, would it affect his application?

He world have to apply from his own country which is, (not holding breath...)......???
