flr fp application fee yet to be deducted after 5 months!!!

Hi everyone

I had to post this as it is really bothering me. I sent off my flr fp application as a single parent February this year
flr fp sent - 23/02
Received - 24/02
ack letter/biometric received - 08/03
biometric done - 09/03
Payment yet to be deducted - 03/04
Changed my Payment card details due to card damage and updated HO by post with new payment form and letter explaining - update sent - 04/04
payment update form received via post on - 05/04
No payment deducted still - 04/05

Is anyone facing similar situation of delay in payment deduction? And is this something to worry about?

The rules requires Home Office to give at leaSt a 10 working days opportunity to sort out payment if they have any issue. Therefore I believe you will be contacted.

For new application's they are presently taking about 2 working days to withdraw fees. Old application's use to take much longer.

application fee yet to be taken by HO and its going to 5months now, is this something to worry about?

Hi same here,its very strange ,i have applied for FLR fp and its been 5 weeks,they havent deducted the money yet .no acknowledgement letter either.
My solicitor has contacted homeoffice via phone and now sent a letter asking.
