in the context of the session 191 above, it appears that refusal is used when your application has been treated and the decision has been made not to grant the application. While rejection could be that the application was returned due to incompleteness or any other reason, in which case the application was not treated and therefore the CoS was not used.karan270 wrote:Dear all
I didn't realise we need a new CoS after visa has been unsuccessful ??
Also, there seems to be a way with words and an exception to the rule :
"191.Your Certificate of Sponsorship cannot be used more than once. If your application is refused and you wish to make another application, you will need a new Certificate of Sponsorship from your sponsor. If your application is rejected by us or withdrawn by you, however, you can apply again using the same Certificate of Sponsorship provided it is still valid on the date you apply. "
So refusal and rejection can make a world of a difference ??
karan270 wrote:Does anyone know that reapplying for a new restricted COS after rejection entails the same slow painful process.. apply by 25 of month, and get the COS by 12 of the following month .
Or is to possible to get a new number quickly?
Thank you
