Can apply ILR on basis of Children Born in UK

Hi

I am living in UK on student visa for last 8 years and 10 months. I have two children, one born in Pakistan who is 3 and half years old and going to school in UK, whereas my daughter who is 1 and half year old BORN IN UK, also my wife is pregnant.

Is there any law other than 10-Year rule, that can lead for sattelment or ILR.. on the basis of which I can apply for indefiate?

Unless one of the child has stayed in Uk for 7yrs there is no other option. By that time you will complete your 10yrs stay.
