Road to obtaining ILR

Hi - A Thai friend of my wife is separated from her British husband and since they have a British child together she has recently been granted FLR(fp) Visa

She has asked me to find out the timeline and process for obtaining ILR.

Depends if she is on the 5 year FLR(FP) route or the 10 year FLR(FP) route. Highly likely the the 10 year route which means she needs 4 extensions of FLR(FP) unless she meets 10 years long residence for ILR based on the date she first entered the UK.
