Premium Service... Change of employer success story

Dear All,

Thanks a lot every body (specially CR001) for your valuable advise to all my questions I asked on this forum.
I had premium appointment at Sollihul center last week. Documents I submitted were (print out of online application & check list, 2 photos, existing BRP & old & new passports). It took less than 5 minutes to submit documents at 9:00 am and then was told to go out and wait for call. At 10:30, I was called to collect the papers. On the reception counter I was handed over my visa approval letter. Same day handed over my resignation notice to employer and after 2 days I received my new BRP. By the end of this month I will be starting my new job in London.
Any idea that what paper work I need to collect from my current employer before leaving?

ask for proof of holidays. this will be required in ilr application.

How did you find a new sponsor? Did they have to do a Resident Labor market test before they can hire you?
