Advise please. Separated non-eea

Hello
Apologies if this is not the right category.
I am a non-Eea citizen and I got married in July 2012 to a French citizen.
I have got a family residence card (5 years) that is due to expire on the 30th of November 2017.
We have been separated since February 2017 and have since started the divorce process and it was rejected because of some mistakes with our names.if I start another divorce case now, it might not be completed before my visa expires.
I came in the Uk in October 2008 as a student before getting married in 2012.
I am now in a difficult situation because I am not sure on what ground I could apply to remain my right to reside in the uk.
I was looking for the best advise for my case.
I had few ideas :
1- apply as separated (not sure if possible since there is no final divorce yet
2-apply as a family member because we are still married
3-apply 10 years route since i have been in the uk for 10 years almost.

I am currently working full time, separated from my wife, with no divorce.

Please advise thank you
