Hi Everyone,

I have got my HSMP approved, planning for EC next week.

I have got a job in UK and my employer in UK has transferred 3000 pounds as salary advance to my bank account

Is it enough if I show my bank statements & sponsorship letter that states that my employer is taking care of accomodation & flight charges without a CA certificate?

Also I have resigned from my current company at the moment, will this cause any issue?

Wow!!! Your emplyer transfered 3000 GBP into your account before even you got your EC and joined him??? Cool man!!! So, he knows for sure you are joining him? What if you decide otherwise? ;) lol...just curious to knw!!!

Hi Reincarnation,

My employer is hoping that I will get my EC without any problem, he made the transfer so that I could get my EC and could work with his company.

Please let me know if CA certificate is required and if there will be any problems with my resignation before applying EC

CA evaluation is req only if you are showing proofs of multiple assets..in your case...not required...and neither will it cause a prob coz of ur resignation...but be prepared if ECO questions you about the transfer of funds from your employer...it sounds strange to me...

Hi Reincarnation,

I am also getting a supporting letter from my employer for the 3000 GBP with the sponsorship letter for accomodation & others.

Reg. my resignation, should I metion it in EC Covering letter and also should I attach my relieving letter?
