duplicate marksheets

Few years back i had lost all of my academic certificates. This includes my bachelors degree and masters degree certificates. Later i went through a procedure and obtained the duplicate copies of them.

I got the Bachelors degree cert. from India and masters from my univ in germany. Do i have to mentioned this in the cover letter for HSMP?

Has any one had a similar experience?

Mine is also same case.Im planning to mention that clearly in cover letter.I have the xerox copy of Police FIR statement as well.Planning to send that as well.Always better to be clear.

Confused to apply now or later in Tier1.
