I don’t think it means anything really. What they are saying is just confirming what has been said on this forum already. That there is a queue of ‘urgent’ cases received and preference is given to those who applied first. So if one sends their job offer today having initially applied in June and you sent your Job offer last Thursday having initially applied in October or November, they will look at the June applicant’s case first even though he sent in his job offer a week or so after you. And then if another person from june or july comes along with a job offer, his application will go ahead of you in the queue and so on. So it is hard for them to determine when your case will be looked at because they don’t know how many job offers they will get. However I think they only look at them on a certain day of the week (Friday) ( this is based on information from a post we got on this forum sometime ago), and once they start looking at the case say today, anything they receive after today will start another queue, so I think at most you will wait for 2 weeks to hear from them unless of course there is an overwhelming amount of other urgent cases to look at
