WIll 2year B.com from Pakistan meet english?

Can you please let me know if B.com from Pakistan is recognized by UK in order to meet English visa requirement for family visa?

If a completed degree, UK NARIC ELA is required.

I don't think a 2 year B.com will meet the english requirement. However you will need to get certification from NARIC in order to satisfy the ECO from http://ecctis.co.uk/visas%20and%20nationality/

However, I would suggest it may be better to just do the appropriate english test.
