Processing dates passed!! Didn't got decision yet.

Post by zeeshankhan123 » Wed Aug 16, 2017 11:00 am

Hello,

I applied for an Employment visa to Ireland after getting Critical Skills Permit on 10th July from VFS, Lahore. INIS told me that they got my application in Dublin visa office on 18th July. Previous Tuesday the processing date for employment visa came to 21st July and still this Tuesday i didn't got any decision. Are these dates even real?

Previous week i got a reply from INIS that your visa application is now under consideration. Decision will issue in due course.

Help me out guys when will i get a decision for my visa?

HI zeeshan,

Don't worry about it. This is happening to so many people they give decision date and then they decide after a month or 2.
So I would suggest you to wait for it. It all depends on luck now when will you get the decision.

thanks

HI Zeeshan,

Yes you are right but they are taking time in every application so fingers crossed.

HI Zeeshan,

I got a decision today but it was refused. Never heard before of employment visa getting refused.
It was refused on following grounds:

F:- Finances - Bank statement provided by the applicant contains large deposits
and the explanation provided for these is not evidenced by supporting
documentation.
ID:- Employment letter supporting visa application has not been signed.
ID:- Contract of employment has not been signed by the company.
ID:- Invoices submitted with the application appear incomplete and are unsigned.

Above points are clear to me but don't know what to provide to support the below:

OB:- Obligations to return to home country have not been deemed sufficient.
OC:- Observe the conditions of the visa - the visa sought is for a specific
purpose and duration:- the applicant has not satisfied the visa officer that such
conditions would be observed.

In how much time can i expect a decision of my review? Do you think i should apply for a fresh visa if that may be quick?

Post by zeeshankhan123 » Wed Aug 23, 2017 8:41 am

Hello guys,

My employment visa to Ireland got refused yesterday. Need suggestions of what should i do now? Should i appeal but i read from most of posts that appeals for visa usually take a very long time. Will my employment visa appeal be processed quickly? Or should i apply for a fresh application which may be faster then appeal?

I don;'t have the answer but it will help if you share the reason for refusal.

Also if you will be able to address that refusal ground.

Someone experienced may answer far more easily
