Airport Entry without Sponsor

Is there any reason that the airport can dent entry if the sponsor doesnot comes to pick you ?
What if he is at job or extremely busy.
Is there a problem ?

If the relationship/cohabitation still intact between spouse visa holder and British sponsor and there has not been any complaint lodged to HO then more likely the entry won't be an issue without British partner.
