Acknowledgement And Second Stage Letter - Naturalization

Hello All,
I am getting a bit confused after seeing a few timeline entries. Please follow the link below.

Hence I am asking around.
Is it possible that INIS send out the acknowledgement receipt and the second stage letter in one?
I got my first (Dated 16/05/17) letter (Receipt of application & Application proceeded to the 2nd stage of processing) within a week after I sent (13/05/17) it.
Is this the second stage letter? (If it was the 2nd stage letter then what am I waiting for next if all goes well)
Would there be a separate or another second stage letter besides the one I have already got?

most of the cases they send acknowledgement and then second letter separately.

but sometimes they send first and second letter together.
you are lucky that u have your second letter already if it says it processed to the second stage..
now you do not have wait for second letter caz u already have it..
They will send approval unless they need something else from you..

Is it at the approval stage that they ask you to pay the fees & photos etc?

Yes if you get approval they will ask in the approval letter what you need to send.
They will ask u to pay 950 euro and two copies of passport size photo and GNIB card to post them With in 10/21 or 28 days..

But in the main time if they need any other documents they will ask you in writing..

For you it's a wait and see game ..
You should get ur approval soon if there's no complecation ..
If you lucky enough you should get it within few days if they decide your approval..
Or else u have to wait for next ceremony..
Not sure if ur application based on what?
Married to Irish application gets quicker results than other applicants based on previous cases..

My application is based on 5 year residency. That's good info indeed. I will keep playing the waiting game and see what happens.

Ah nah u don't have to u still hAve one year..
As far as I know ur situation u shud have up to date visa that's all.
But if they need they will ask u In writing..just role out this thought of ur passport expireation..

EU3 is pending i got extension until April 2018
