Extension tier enterpreneur visa

Any body can give me some piece of advise.
I applied my visa extension on 28th Octobor 2016. As I got my 1st visa on 30th Octobor 2013.
I refunded my health charges on 3rd january 2017 After 3 months on 4th April 2017 I got an email for interview on 19th April 2017. After that untill today I did not hear any update from HO.
Now I read on baord that they are calling applicant office interview.
Any possibilty They can call me as I have been already interviewed.
Another thing my 10years period is nearly to end juat 3 and half months only left. Any body can advise what I can I do cover this period.
Please advise me.

There is every possibility they can call you - but I consider it unlikely.
Nothing you can do to "cover" the period. If you don't have a decision in another two and a half months, you can vary your application to ILR(LR) - you can apply 28 days before completing 10 years
