BRP not received and no answer from Home office

My husband received all his documents back and a letter that his visa was granted. The letter says he will receive his BRP after 10 days and is more than 1 month and he didn't receive. I tried all the ways more than 2 times to contact home office and they don't answer! I don't have an idea how can I have help for it!

Someone can help me to find where is his BRP or at least a contact from Home office that will answer!?

Have you contacted DX Couriers to find out if they have anything or if they have tried to deliver something?

Have you by any chance changed addresses etc during the application process?

Did you take the EEA route? I personally know a few people who applied for a residence card. They received the approval letter, but not the BRP. It's been 4 weeks.

If it helps at all, I recieved my brp about a month ago but only just recieved my docs back with almost a month interval. Fingers crossed yours is on the way. Otherwise you can ring up the customer service line and see if they might be able to offer any advice.

thanks for all the answers. after I posted it we just received the letter from DX courier that visas arrived.
Was tense period....the documents arrived before and the BRP just arrived exactly 1 month later. we didn't change the address, reported on the website 2 times, wrote to the case worker and to MP. We already rang to HO and the answer was to go to gov.co.uk to report the lateness. Happy that is everything sorted now.
