supporting documents sent to difrrent address

Dear All

Can any one help me please/advise

I am ILR visa holder applied settlement visa for my wife and daughter
I posted all supporting documents in post office but the lady there sent via parcel force which they do not post to PO BOX
I did by special delivery written as Immigration / visa international PO BOX 5852 SHEFFILED S11 OFX

But parcel force part of Royal have confirmed me its been delivered to alternate to PO BX address
vfs global the portergate
257 Ecclesall Road ,Sheffield S118AB I have confirmation received

my worry is this was meant to go PO box address gone to other address
I need any advise how to go further and make sure this is in right place

I did the same... but they held in there depot for 4 months and destroyed it!!!
I only found out it wasnt delivered when my MP contacted them about the nonsence emails i was getting... not straight forwardcetc. Blatant lies.
Now my MP is taking it lol

What happened with supporting documents then

The MP Scanned all my copies directly to them after he spoke to them on the phone.

Hi simhakrish, I don't appear to be able to PM you, so on the off-chance that you're still active on this forum, can you let me know if your application ever reached UKVI, after it was redirected to 257 Ecclesall Road via Parcelforce?
