Hi I applied about 14 months ago for live to remain in U.K.
Then I receive a letter from home office they said you are not in this catagory you are in the human rights category ,then they took my biometric September 2016
Note: I am now 12 years overstayers in this country
My wife status is live to remain status 10 years rout and her child is British
I am her 2nd partner we did marry June 2016
I submitted everything pictures Margie evidence, certificate
But I am still waiting no receive any update from home office
Anybody in the same boat or know anything like that

What do you mean by this?? Is she divorced from her first partner??

What marriage did you do? One at an approved HO Registry office or something else?

Yes she is divorced from her first partner after that
we did marry in register office with home office permission
