Tier 2 Dependant Visa Refused - Questions/Help

I am also in the same situation. Need to reapply as Tier 2 Visa dependent got refused due to lack of subsisting relationship document.

Does sponsor letter is required ? As I have more than £630 pounds for 3 months.
If sponsor letter is required, what needs to be mentioned in that letter???

As dependent is applying separately does £630 is sufficient or 945+630=£1575 is required?

if dependent is applying on her/his own, than £630 for 90 days is enough
