Little advise please

2.1 If the child is resident in the United Kingdom or a British overseas territory (see page 18 of
the guide), please give date and place of first arrival:

My son was born in the UK, so technically he did not arrive in the UK. Shall I leave it blank or write his DOB and place of birth?
