spouse visa

Good Morning to all board users,
I am scarred i will be very thankful for help, if any member can help me.
I am going to apply again spouse visa for my wife from Pakistan. Home office refused my wife spouse visa for settlement in march 2017 due to my status because that time i did not have permanent residence in UK,It was main reason of visa refusal but ECO also mentioned at the end of refusal letter that he did not believe that i have family life with my wife even i have provided them all important documents ,like marriage certificate,wedding pictures,my whats,app chat record.now i have permanent residence card which i got on 28 august 2017
Please help me if any body have correct information about situation.

income from employment and self employed can be used for spouse visa

Hi to all users ,
Please can some one help me about how to fill appendix 2 financial form for spouse visa
Actually i am in employment from 2014 till today but from August 2016 i started work as self employed part time taxi driver so now i want to fill VAF 4 form for spouse visa but question no. 3.59 does your sponsor income before tax in the last full financial year meet or exceed the financial requirement you must meet?
I am confused about the the answer because i earned 15600 from self employed until 5 April 2017 which is not equal to financial requirement so what should be my answer i want to use both categories for spouse visa i mean income from my job and self employed income but there is no any question on the form where i can answer like combined income.
I will be very thankful for help

Hi to all board users
Please cam some one advise me about,
i have applied spouse visa for my wife on the base of none salaried employment CAT B.
I am working with same employer from 2014 my question is i was on unpaid sick leave for one month in June this year .My income from last six month is 9180 pounds,from March 2017 to August 2017 so If i minus the period of unpaid sick leave then my income meet the financial requirements,
Your help will be very helpful for me
