WHEN WILL MY APPLICATION BE PROCESSED?
To enquire about the status of your application please see the latest
information about our operational
service levels on our website. We are not able to specify dates by which an
application will be
considered. This section also includes information on Leave to Remain
applications made on form

CAN MY APPLICATION BE PROCESSED URGENTLY?
Please refer to our website for guidance on requesting urgent treatment.
Evidence should be supplied in
support of all requests for priority.
MY CURRENT VISA HAS EXPIRED. CAN I WORK WHILE I WAIT FOR A DECISION?
Section 118 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 may be

The Act can be viewed at Her Majesty's Stationery Office website. In order
for Section 118 to apply
to an HSMP application, you must have applied for Leave to Remain using Form
FLR(IED).
WHAT WILL I SCORE?
The HSMP team is unable to assess any element of an application until it is
submitted. If you wish to

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTATION?
Due to the large quantities of correspondence received by the team, we are
unable to acknowledge receipt
of documentation apart from applications. Customers are advised to ensure
that documentation has been sent
to the correct address and make use of delivery services that can be
tracked, so that they may undertake
their own enquiries.
If you have completed the acknowledgement section of the application form, a
response will be sent when your
application payment has cleared.

You should write to the HSMP team at the address below explaining why you
