Ancestry Visa

Hi all
I am just starting this process. I am in Australia and am eligible for an ancestry visa. The VSFglobal site is how I'm trying to apply but Ancestry visa isn't an option. Does anyone have any phone numbers in Australia of who I can call or other options- preferably not online?

Yes. that is where I am trying to do the online application. Is there a different name for ancestry visa? Thank you for your help.

You apply for a 'Other - non PBS work visa'

What are the options you are being given?

Thank you. There are many options! Under other is right to abode, replacement biometric, vignette transfer, child access & non eea return. Nothing says nor suggests ancestry

Can you list the options please, from the start?? We don't have access to the online system so have no clue what you are seeing.

It should be : work>>other Non PBS or similar. It is not called 'Ancesrtry' on the system as far as I am aware.
