in the Name of Almighty, my T1E 200 K Approved without Interview alongwith 4 dependents, time line is as under:

Application Sent: 14.06.2017
Biometric: 18.06.2017
Complex Letter: 22.06.2017
Approval Letter: 27.06.2017
Partial Refund: 27.06.2017

Goodluck to all other, May Allah Bless you all my only advice is that stick with the basic rules and thats it. Everyone has his or her own experience but the true guideline is the immigration rules so just stick with basic rules

My further question is that i want to covert my Director Loan into Share Capital after extension ASAP.Has any one done it before and get successful ILR, Pls share it or advice?

Congrats. Was approval letter dated June or Sep. I know you mentioned June but just want to confirm.

ILR does not require you to prove your investment again. So you are free to change the investment type as you wish

wow Congrats - so you got your visa in 3 months +-
I think they are in habit of sending complex letter regardless of when they decide the case.
I am still awaiting my IHS partial refund.
