EC Clarification - Can we apply after Feb 29th

EC Clarification - Can we apply after Feb 29th

I have got HSMP approval in December and planning to apply by this weekend but it may not be possible. So, I may be applying after 29th Feb.

Is there any change in mode of applying or details of documents required as Tier 1 is applicale after Feb 29th ?

I am planning to apply in Bangalore VFS. Do we have to take any appointment ?
Also, will there be a follow-up interview with consulate (in Chennai ?) etc. like in the US visa case ?

EC Fee

Hi,

If applied for EC after Feb 29th who got HSMP approval before Feb 29th, then what is the EC fee. Is it same as now or it will as per the new fee structure.
