Dependent Visa requirements?

I need an advise for my complicated situation. I have tier1 entrepreneur visa for 4 years now and will apply for ILR in November 2018. I have recently divorced from my husband who remained my dependent for one and half year on Entrepreneur visa before he got ILR long residence and is now British citizen with my 2 kids who are also British citizens. We have joint custody of kids and he has married at pak already.
I am going to get married too in December at Pak and will need to sponsor my husband after that. I plan to take all documents required for his dependent visa with me. Here is the list
1: Company's current Appointment report
2: Current year,s accounts of company
3. Personal bank statement for maintenance. How much i should have? I believe i dont need any funds for kids as they already hold british passports?
4. 3 months business bank statement
5. 2 Employee payslips (my ex-husband had been on payroll for 8 months). Is it ok?
6. Tenancy agreement
7. My passport and residence permit copy
8. P45. Corporation tax certificate

My business has been in loss all years. Can it be an issue?
Please advise me what chances he will have to get dependent visa. What extra documents i can provide to support his application?

You need to show your marriage is genuine and provide marriage certificate as well as maintenance evidence. This does not concern your business

No. This has nothing to do with your divorce or kids

When your ex-husband applied as a dependent on your tier 1 visa obviously you showed marriage certificate at that time.
Either:
1. Marriage certificate issued back home if you were married there.
2. UK civil marriage certificate if it happened in UK.

In either case I think you would have to send in your divorce certificate with your application before u can sponsor your future husband.

You cant have two marriages as per Uk law.
