Tier 2 dependent (alone) application

Post by Anita84 » Mon Oct 09, 2017 9:56 pm

Hi,

My husband has got ILR early this year and I am going to extend my tier 2 general dependent this month for up to 3 years by being inside UK, as an individual application.

But I am unsure of where to apply for myself. I have tried through different links but all ends up where one will have to apply as a combined application with main applicant.

Please can you give me a link or lead me to a page where I can just apply for myself as a tier 2 general dependent within UK

Thanks in advance.

Re: Tier 2 dependent of ILR (sponsor license number)

Hi again,

Didnt know how to edit or delete my original post. Couldnt find the edit button as specified in the FAQ. May be i need to do something to make my original post editable.

But I just want to say that I have got the correct link by searching more. It was obviously visible as an hyperlink which I missed glaringly, my bad.

Now, I need to fill the sponsorship license number, is it the same as my husband's Tier 2 sponsor license number ?
Although he is in ILR now, I need to get that same number when he was granted 3 years before, correct?.

Awaiting reply

Correct. Since it is online application and u cant leave it blank, fill in the last one that your husband used and caseworker should ignore it as your husband is on ilr now.
